what we do

our ongoing studies

We are studying how parents and babies play and read books together, and how these interactions help babies learn language.

during your visit

During appointments, infants and toddlers meet our friendly staff and play with some fun toys! Childcare is also provided for siblings. For their participation, our little scientists will receive a baby certificate and a book or a t-shirt.

We recruit around the community and always welcome new participants - monolingual, bilingual, and multilingual! Come and join us in our quest for learning about early language development

about us

Our Research

We study language learning from two approaches:

What mechanisms do babies use to learn?
What do parents do that supports infant learning?

Language Learning

Research can help us understand the ways that children learn in all kinds of environments. Learn more here!
